Anubis, depicted as a man with a jackal's head or a full jackal,
was an ancient Egyptian god associated with mummification, the afterlife,
and the protection of the dead.
He oversaw the embalming process and guided souls through the underworld,
notably by weighing their hearts in the Hall of Truth
to determine their worthiness for the afterlife.
Anubis's role was critical in the Egyptian funerary cults,
ensuring a smooth transition for the deceased into the next life.

Anuket was an ancient Egyptian goddess primarily associated with the Nile River,
embodying its fertility, nourishment, and the life-giving power of its annual flood. Originating as a Nubian deity, she was depicted as a woman wearing
a headdress of reeds or feathers and often accompanied by a sacred gazelle.
Worshipped in a triad with the gods Khnum and Satis at Elephantine Island, her name, meaning "the embracer," refers to the way her arms represented the tributaries of the Nile.

Hathor was a major ancient Egyptian goddess of joy, love, music, beauty,
and motherhood, also connected to the sky, the afterlife, and fertility.
Often depicted as a cow or a woman with a cow's head or cow horns and a sun disc,
she was one of the most popular and important deities.
Hathor's worship spanned the entire country and even extended abroad.

Ptah was an ancient Egyptian creator god and the patron of craftsmen,
architects, and artists. He was the chief god of Memphis, one of Egypt's early capitals.
Ptah created the world by conceiving it in his heart and bringing it into being by speaking its name with his tongue, a concept of intellectual and spoken creation that differs from other Egyptian creation myths.

Ra is the ancient Egyptian sun god,
considered a central figure and revered as the creator and king of the gods.
He is often depicted with a falcon's head and a sun disk on top,
embodying the sun's energy, warmth, and light.
Ra was believed to be responsible for maintaining cosmic order and was a vital part of Egyptian spirituality.

Shu is the ancient Egyptian god of air, light, and wind.
He was responsible for maintaining the separation between the earth and sky,
often depicted holding up the body of the sky goddess Nut.
Shu was also associated with the sun's journey across the sky and was considered a god of creation and life.

Tefnut is the ancient Egyptian goddess of moisture, encompassing rain, dew, and humidity, often depicted as a lioness or a woman
with a lioness head adorned with a solar disk.
She is a fundamental deity in creation myths, the sister-wife of the air god Shu,
and a member of the Ennead, the nine primary gods.
Her story involves a volatile temperament, causing her to leave Egypt and take moisture with her, leading to a dying land until her brother and Thoth convinced her to return and restore life.
